Day 1: Pick up from Kigali, Boat cruise & transfer to Goma
After breakfast at your hotel, our driver guide will pick up and transfer you to Gisenyi on lake Kivu for a boat cruise on the lake. You will have lunch in Gisenyi town and then proceed to Goma. Dinner and overnight at Mikeno lodge/Bukavu Tented Camp.
DAY 2: NYIRAGONGO HIKE
This is a day for hiking to the summit of Mt Nyiragongo an active volcano in the heart of virunga national park. You will have a morning breakfast and go for a briefing at the hiking starting point. Hiking starts at 10:00am taking you roughly 6 hours to reach the summit of the volcano. Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.
DAY 3: DEPARTURE
